How do I become a retailer?
Your Company Information is part of our Verbatem Order Form, which you will complete for your initial order. We make every effort to limit retailers within a zip code, however, in some instances we will allow it if they carry different Verbatem products. Once approved, we will ship your opening order. All new accounts are opened on credit card with the option for billing terms after the initial order. At that time you may download and submit a Net 30 Request Form.
Do you sell your personalized stationery through a book/album program?
We do. To keep it simple for our retailers, all of our personalized stationery is organized in one album. It is available as a three-ring binder which lies flat on a table/ counter, or in a flip easel binder format which stands up on a table/counter.
What is your minimum order?
Our opening order is $100. There is no minimum for subsequent orders. For personalized stationery, our album/binder is $95 and our minimum order for personalized stationery is 25 pieces.
Tell me about the quality of Verbatem stationery.
All Verbatem stationery is produced in the U.S.A. All the artwork is original, handrawn and handpainted by Terri Puma. Our personalized stationery is printed on 60# vellum stock.
What is your order processing time for personalized stationery?
We allow ourselves 5 – 7 days to ship personalized stationery, although it usually ships sooner. Please feel free to contact us regarding our current turnaround times. Please note that orders received after 5:00 pm EST, over a weekend or holiday will be processed as if received on the following business day.
Do I print or will Verbatem print?
Our printing is free of charge; however, should you wish to print in-house we are happy to make blank stock available for purchase. Blank stock is available in sets of 25 or bulk sets of 100.
How do I place a personalized stationery order?
You have two options for placing personalized stationery orders:
Complete our online Paper Mantra order form which is submitted directly from our website.
Complete the Paper Mantra order form provided in the front of your album/binder
(or download the form here) and fax it to us at 443-535-8447.
What is your shipping and delivery?
All Verbatem orders are shipped UPS Ground. Rush delivery is also available for an additional fee. Orders may be drop shipped to another location for an additional charge.
Does Verbatem sell products online?
Verbatem does not sell our own products directly to the consumer, online or otherwise. However, if you visit our store locator, you will find both online and “brick and mortar” stores that carry our products.
Can I add Verbatem images to my website?
We are happy to supply digital images for use on our approved retailers websites. A copyright notice must appear on all pages containing our images. Please contact us if you are interested in using our images. info@verbatem.com
